“In my opinion, this hotel presents a mixed experience, especially for families despite its attempts to cater to them. The stunning views and well-structured design are notable, yet certain service and amenity inconsistencies undermine its five-star claim. For travelers prioritizing location and views alongside luxurious facilities like the spa, this could be a consideration, but it's essential to weigh reported issues with service and family-friendliness.”
